Stop yer groanin'! Every decent club around needs rules. First and foremost are Anne's rules. We must obey these or else we loose our charter! You don't want that, do you? I know I don't!

• The dragon colors must be only those that are found on Pern; there can be no other sport like Ruth. This means only gold, bronze, brown, blue and green draggies are accepted. Purple draggies are cool, but they're just not Pern!

• Do NOT use Lessa or F'lar or Robinton or Menolly. These are Anne's characters! You can refer to them (but not by name) She's been nice enough to allow us to play in her world, so please don't go around messing up our chances at the games!

• Ruatha/Benden = Off limits! No mentioning, no being from them, and no stories written from them. Period.

• All dragon names end in "th". No exceptions to this.

• Also, no dragons live anywhere but the Weyr, no one will be permitted to live at the holds. You can have duties there, but nothing more.

• There is no religion on Pern. The closest thing they have to a god or supreme being is Faranth, the first fertile queen dragon.

• Do not put your writing in public. This means that you can't put your stories online on your website. Personae? Sure, but not stories.

And now come our rules. If you think something here is totally wierd, please email the BoD and we might be able to come to an agreement. ^.~

• There will be no more than four pets per person. No more than three of these can be firelizards. If your persona has a gold or bronze firelizard, they are permitted only two flits, and only one may be metallic.

• Using another person's 'sona without permission = bad. Please don't do this without their permission. Mentioning is okay but it is best to get their approval before you go too far with this rule.

• Spam is unappreciated. You will get a warning for it, if you do it. Second time...well, let's not hope you go that far. ^^

• Dragons speak to their riders and other dragons frequently. They tend to dislike talking to humans other than their riders. You may do this once without permission, but after that, permission from the BoD is needed.

• Please, no obvious pun names. A'kin, rider of bronze Darth? Sorry. Now if you change it a bit, An'kinn, rider of bronze Dharrth is much better.
