Description: Emotional Description: He tries to be a nice guy even though he tries too hard sometimes. He gives his all when he does anything and rises to any occasion. He's levelheaded and dependable, but loves to let loose and hang out with his friends. While he doesn't want anyone to know, deep inside he's truly a hopeless romantic, and is looking for the right woman to become weyrmates with.
Physical Description: He'll...do. He won't drive anyone mad with desire, but he could turn a few select heads. He's somewhat tall, standing at about 6 foot two. Sandy blonde hair and green eyes...he's lightly muscled, and can lift most burdens. S'karin has been told that his best physical feature are his hands, and can not understand why.
History: He was weyrbred at Southern weyr. He never knew his biological parents, nor did he have any true desire to know them. He was happy growing up, and had no troubles with much of anything.
S'karin was asked to apprentice as a smith, but ferventy declined, asking if he could wait to see if he was Searched, since his true goal in life was to Impress a dragon and help defend Pern.
He was, at the age of thirteen. He stood for five long turns, and countless hatchings before he nearly gave up. S'karin was transfered to Sea Breeze weyr, as he was Searched for that weyr. There he met his math and equal, a little brown named Fushinayth.
He Impressed along with a bronzerider who goes by the name of Br'van. They became quite close, but have since gone on with their lives. That is, until recently. S'karin and Br'van are becoming better and closer friends than ever before. The brownrider understands that his friend has a girlfriend and relatives of his own to see to, but they still manage time.
Dragon Description: Fushinayth is a small, and a bit oddly proportioned dragon. His feet are a little on the large side, making him look somewhat comical with his long neck, tail, and wings. He's agile in the air, if he remembers to watch out for his feet. His hide is an interesting color, splotchy klah and sand colors alternating throughout and interweaving. He's striking, and even handsome.
Personality wise, he openly detests holderfolk. He doesn't really enjoy their company and awe, thinking that he's nothing special. He dislikes children to a point, but will soften up for a select few. Fushinayth, nick named Fushi, has a weak point for heardbeast stew, but sadly, can rarely ever find enough to satisfy him.
Pet Description: Phoenix of the Gate is a vibrant red toned runner. He's a bold stallion, and has been used in gather races and won many. His tail and mane are a jet black color, and his eyes are an intelligent, and defiant deep brown.
He will not cheapen his love, and trusts very few humans on his back. If one is not mounted on his back, he's very peaceable, and enjoys the company of them. But he's picky, finicky and rather testy when anyone other than S'karin and a few individuals otherwise. He feels a bit neglected due to Fushi's presence, but loves the time spent with his owner.
