Description of Persona: Physical description: One of the shorter dragonriders standing only at 5’. Although he’s short, he has a very noticeable muscular build and is very strong. His blue eyes practically match the color of his blue Vorinth’s skin. His hair is long and black and he usually has it brushed back. Sometimes mistaken for a girl, although his features are noticeably masculine.
Emotional Description: R’car is basically the clown of all the dragonriders. He always has a laid back attitude for things and he never worries about what the future holds for him. His presence always brightens a room. He always lends an ear when someone is having problems, and then he offers a solution and adds a witty remark to it. Loves to joke around with the dragons and their riders. Although he is a goof most of the times, he knows when it is time to buckle down and get things done
History: R’car was born and raised in the Weyr by his father M’del and his mother Yuista. His father, a blue searchrider, was almost never home because he took his job as Searchrider so seriously, that he put its importance in front of the well being of his weyrmate and son. Even though his father was never really there for him, R’car still held great admiration for him and wished that he too would be a dragonrider like his father. When he was 17, R’car was Searched by his own father and sure enough, he Impressed on his first time! From then on, R’car has felt that he owed his father a great debt for Searching him, but never got to tell him, because due to a premature Thread-fall, M’del was killed before he could ever see his son and his blue dragon, Vorinth take to the skies.
Description of Dragon: Vorinth is very small for a blue dragon (which is good when you consider how small his rider is) Due to his small size, Vorinth is not very strong, but is one of the quickest dragons in the Weyr. If he’s not eating, flying, or talking with Raynorth, he’s sleeping.
Pet Description:This little firelizards loves to eat. That’s how he got the name Jaws. He eats everything he can get his grubby little claws on. Although he eats almost all the time, Jaws never grows in size and stays smaller than all of the firelizards. Whenever he isn’t eating, he’s sleeping or pestering other firelizards.
