Description: Leiena is just growing into herself. She
doesn't realize it yet, but when she finally finishes maturing, she'll
be quite a pretty young lady. Until then...she's got the grace of a
drunken wherry. She tries her hardest to not trip every time she walks,
but you know...? There's just some things people can't do. Her eyes are
a vibrant greeney blue and her hair...well, she can't tell what shade of
brown it is, just that it's shiny, bouncy and will never be tamed by a
simple grooming tool.
Emotional - she tries her hardest to please the journeymen and master
harpers, and apologizes for basically every little mistake she makes.
All she wants to do is make other people happy...but her clumsiness
seems to get in the way quite a bit. It's never stopped her before,
however, and she's yet to run into anyone (aside from Master Thorpan)
who doesn't like her much. Aside from Harpering, her second love are
dragons...she wants to be Searched, but doubts she ever will be. Her
take is, "What dragon would want a clumsy rider like me?"
History: She's the youngest daughter of two minor holders. They didn't
really know what to do with their loveable, but clumsy daughter. She
showed an interest in dragons, but they knew it was unlikely for her to
Impress, or even be Searched for that matter.
So...they tried their luck at sending her to different Crafthalls,
having the Hallmaster interview her. While most said she was loveable,
and they'd love to have her, she simply wasn't attracted to the craft.
That is...until they went to the Harper Hall of Midnight Light Hold. She
watched the Harpers sing and make music and asked if she could
apprentice as a Harper at the age of 12.
She couldn't think of leaving her canine, Gourry, so she smugged the
gigantic beast into the Harper Hall. Her parents didn't know of her
plans to take the canine with her, and they gave her a flitter egg on
departure.
It hatched her little blue Niniver. So, the clumsy apprentice, the huge
hairy canine and the troublesome blue firelizard went off to the Harper
hall...starting a journey that will be quite interesting to watch.
Pet Description: Niniver - his hide is a deep, dark navy blue. He has
lighter highlights of ceruelan lacing through his wings and neck ridges.
A very small firelizard, if he curls up tightly enough, Leiena can hold
him between both of her hands. He loves to cause trouble and will go
looking for it...his favorite past time: distrub the drudge.
Gourry - Big. Big big big canine. He served at Leiena's transportation
when she was smaller. He hates baths and usually smells a little bit,
His fur is white, but you'd never be able to tell that because of his
frequent bouts outside. His tongue is usually out of his mouth and he's
just pain ol' big. But his heart is even bigger than his physical size.
